The Shenmue 3 thing is just bizarre, it's being kickstarted so that it can only come to PC and PS4?

Is there some sort of weird contract where the kickstarter finishes funding for it to be on those platforms?

Oh...hmm. The sixty buck physical option is PC only. No physical PS4 version offered. 2m base funding. Sounds like maybe only one village at base? Expanded village at 4m and a second and third village at ? and ? mil.
