I was recently made aware of the 'chronological cut' of the Godfather called "The Godfather Trilogy: 1901–1980", where Coppola went back and recut the trilogy as a single 10 hour movie for laserdisc and VHS. Doesn't exist on DVD.

It looks cool but it's kinda hard to pick it up when it's expensive and the regular remaster LDs (which have awesome quality) are like $5 discs.

Btw, I watched the first Godfather movie for the first time a few weeks ago. It blew my mind, perfect 10 movie. The second one is next on my watch list.

Most of my best finds have been really cheap, I'm going to hold out for just finding it in person.

I found the Blood Red edition of Evil Dead 2 for $1.99, that thing goes for stupid money online. We're going to an LA film festival screening in October to get it signed by Rami and Campbell.
