I think it's more accepted to get help for depression and what not. The old cliche about everybody in New York having a therapist is probably saving lives.

So far the leaks indicate that it's a place where a bunch of rich people do business. I love the "privacy breach" PR response to this from them though — what with personal liberties corroding since 911.
