I would love to eat all those crazy foods from the "why would you eat that" type shows. Most are actually really good and it's only the texture, smell, or idea that grosses people our, but actually tastes really good. Blood and tongue sausage, head cheese, lamb testicles, escargot, and more are so so good but people are too afraid to try it all.
