Obama "lowered the deficit" just as a matter of timing, compared to 2009. Highly disingenuous imo. Dubya's pre-recession deficits were as low as $161B in 2007, while Obama's deficit last year, in a good economy, was $587B. Which was higher than it was in 2014-2015.

Bannon was an officer in the United States Navy for seven years in the late 1970s and early 1980s, serving on the destroyer USS Paul F. Foster as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Pacific Fleet and stateside as a special assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon.

I like to think of it kind of like that Calvin & Hobbes comic where he made six clones of himself, one for every day of the week, and somehow all 6 turned out to be more evil and conniving than him.

Bannon is that kind of clone.

Trump is empowering White Supremacists and White Supremacists want to kill all non-white people. And since Trump banned all non-white people from entering the country, White Supremacists now have to go to Canada to kill non-white people.
