I know there are some Seinfeld fans on this board - to me that show is one of the only shows worth watching on tv thesedays - and its reruns at that. C'mon - sign this thing!!

  2. You have got to be kidding me. I'll sign it as soon as I'm done signing that petition to get Capcom to make another game.

  5. Why would he allow to be sold for a collective fee of 100 dollars or so, when he can probably get more than that from a single residual 7 days a week?

    Let's see...I'm a millionaire..do I want a few million every year for like 30 years or a few million now...hmmmm...

    It's just a money game.

  6. I'll pass on a DVD and just watch it for free every day on tv.

  7. I'd like to sign a petition to have Larry David shot for that unbelievably flamingly crappy, unclever final episode which was nothing more than a bland wrap up of all the characters they met. "Look at me, I'm Larry David and I have a dark sense of humor. Let's have the characters re-meet all the dorks they encountered and then they'll go to jail while Newman laughs. I'm so avante gard and clever."

  8. It's in syndication nearly every day of the week, it's one of the most recognized shows of all time, how could it NOT get a DVD release?

Seems pointless if you ask me.

  9. It has to do with killing the viewers of syndication. If it's released on DVD, lots of people will just watch that, and not bother sitting through commercials and the pain in the ass of TV.

The price paid for syndication rights and residuals is much more than DVD sales.

I think the simpson's is the lone exception, and look how long that took for the 1st season to come home in a set. What was it, like 12 years or something?

  10. well i'm glad i posted this
