Eidos has been pulling out all the stops in an effort to create the best Tomb Raider experience yet, and just part of that is bringing in the London Symphony Orchestra to perform the soundtrack. And what better way to spend the day recording then have the one and only Lara Croft tag along? That’s right, the lovely Jill de Jong spent the day with the 82 members of the orchestra as they composed the soundtrack to Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness.

Core Design members Peter Connelly and Martin Iveson wrote the music in a three month period and placed emphasis on mirroring the games dark and foreboding tone.

“To bring together one of the world’s most famous heroines and one of the world’s best orchestras in such a famous setting as the Abbey Road studios has been incredible,” says Peter Connelly.

Look for Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness in stores this November.

just 2 things I have to ask...

1) Doesn't she look like she's not fitting in with the picture? I mean, just look at how she's dressed in public, If you were in her shoes, wouldn't you feel a little strange, even through you're promoting a game character?

2) Just how tall is she? 6'5??
