I think this the thread was where I gained most of my posts. It could have turned ugly and degenerated into the typical name-calling nonsense that these topics are wont to do, but thankfully, Capt Veggie, Iron Plant, Tracer, Burgundy, Hero and I seemed to be on the same wave length the whole time and kept everything civilized.

That said, I don't think there's much need for this thing to resurface. Fade ye into oblivion o' thread.

Thanks and no I haven't, not professionally at least. My 'patron saints' so to call them are Sagan, Cambell (Joseph), Einstein, Watterson (Bill... Odd to throw that one in but it is true), and a few others like Hawking or some-such.

If you haven't, I might suggest reading The Demon-Haunted World and Cosmos (or just watch the mini-series, the DVD collection is pricey but I think it is something EVERY person should have... it's like my Bible by video ). I don't think about this as often anymore because, well, I've already thought on it! I did find it interesting to re-read this thread though and I did forget how much respect I can lend to 7's again. I guess I forgot about this discourse :/
