Dragon Warrior 4 + Final Fantasy 1+2 remake questions

Thank you for taking the time to e-mail us. Square of Japan has confirmed that they are re-releasing Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II for the original PlayStation in Japan. They have not announced whether or not there are any plans for a release in North American release.

Enix should've released Dragon Warrior one through six in one compilation, updating the first three games to match the next three in terms of sound and graphics. Then Square should've released Final Fantasy one through six in one compilation, again updating the first three games to match the next three in terms of sound and graphics. Chrono Trigger could've stood on it's own as a budget title.

I opted not to get this, hoping that the Domestic release will pan out for these two FF games. National Console support had a short blurb about a shortage of some kind.

Given the fact the DQ7 bombed, and FF2 is the worst fucking game ever made, I really doubt it.

I got mine, all 3 that is

I havent had a chance to check them out yet but NCS has pics of the set and the figures, they aren't exactly highly detailed figures but they fit the original look which is kind of cool
