What's an scart? Does it let you play import games or something? I have this ugly bulky converter where I have to put in any US SNES game on the back and the import SNES catridge on the top. It's really annoying...

Isnt scart a universal name for it?
RGB scart etc?

I have to use a converter like that one to play Super Mario RPG, and every other US game infact but there is some special reason behing Mario RPG I think
