Because I'm ignorant or whatever but what does Woot mean and =P or something like that on message boards mean? You guys use it alot.

"Woot" is an exclamation of joy, like "YEAH!".
It doesn't really mean anything.
It's just something you shout out after you do something cool.

Ignorant, simply put, means dumb. But it's usually used when someone refuses to take into consideration another's idea,and is adament about their own idea.
