um..yeah...

and im about to burn some Dreamcast games on blank discs, write ALPHA on them with a sharpie and start selling Alpha test versions on ebay....direct from the testing department.

Uhh...

It looks like a demo disc that they send to stores before they release the retail version, it is the full game, like Wilykat mentioned. I have a bunch of these, and they are not rare at all. Relax
