bbobb, care to post a picture of the cheats and codes disk so I know what I'm looking for? I'm in the same boat, no way to play imports on my Dreamcast. The EB I work at has a DC-X for $15 though, so it's not a pressing concern, but I hadn't heard of that other disk.

I was faced with this same problem, but I just emailed NCS and asked them to add a Cheats N Codes disc to my Ikaruga order. Saved myself a few bucks on shipping. Me smart.

I just got Street Fighter III : Third STrike (JP), to find it doesn't work with utoopia. I had initially wanted to get a real import disc anyways. I'm just wondering if the cheats and codes disc is known to work for every import? (Should it work with Ikaruga??)

I didn't say I used them often but in some cases, it's necessary--like to unlock all the characters in the Japanese version of MvC2, in which case I do use them...
