I love the art.. this game looks kick ass.. i like SD too.... more exited beofre, when i toughht it was port..

hopefully they will add link cable addons.. for 2-4 players..

The characters will supposedly be very anime like; the story will be about ordinary school kids who\'ll start an adventure in a world that emerged from a mysterious book called \"FF\". The game should be in quart view; a new system called \"Judge System\" will be monitoring the battles. Another new feature will be the \"clan system\" allowing the player to accomplish optional commissioned side quests (much like the quests offered at the bar in the original FFTactics). Finally, the \"Region Create System\" will let you create your own world map. The main character\'s name is Marsh (tentative transcription) and is seemingly a woman.

Well, if Ogre Battle: KOL is any judge of how good a portable sequel to a console based series can be, I will be all over this.

Is it done by the same team as the orginal? Same director? Same colaboration between the Enix and square teams?

...so why is this game called FF Tactics if ITS A COMPLETELY UNRELATED, DIFFERENT GAME?

Oh, yeah. To cash in on the FF namesake.

I would have bitched about this being a port, just like how I am bitching that its an original game.

Sounds like a rip-off of Mega Man: Battle Network to me.

FFT Advance just cant win

its not like all the FF games are exactly alike. it seems to have spells (i see Meteo in some of the screens) and probably summons. If Shiva, Ifrit and the regular summons are in the game its still a Final Fantasy game in my book.

I'd say the one definitive factor in the Final Fantasy Tactics games it the "tactics" style battles.

And judging from the sceenshots it's looks like they'll still be in there.
