yeah it was, which fucking sucks. That show was as funny as prime Simpsons, and had much more potential than the simpsons does. I just wish that they'd get their act together and release the futurama season box sets in Region 4 already.

Whats your favorite Simpsons episode?

I'm having trouble picking just one, but Its either the one where Homer makes that website where he's "Mr.X", Missionary Impossible, or The one where Homer becomes Quimby's bodyguard .

Thou shalt not diss the Clerks cartoon... Even Kevin Smith admitted it wasn't the greatest show ever. Sure had some great VAs though.

The Simpsons have jumped the shark many times in the past few seasons... then Fox canceled the only show that could have taken it's place (Family Guy). And they chose to move King of the Hill (which, in my opinion, has outworn it's welcome by at least a season) to a better time spot while leaving Futurama in it's horrid always-pre-empted-during-football-season spot. Futurama may not be the yuk-fest Fox is looking for, but when it has it's moments they far surpass anything on TV now.

In its prime, the Simpsons was the best TV show ever. Family Guy, while very funny, was never in the same league.

Futurama and Family guy was the best show out there besides The simpsons. I was crushed when they both were cut.

Conan O' Brian wrote for The Simpsons for awhile, when he left, maybe that's why it wasn't as funny, but I get giddy everytime I see a Simpsons rerun, no matter how many times I've watched the episode before.
