I was excited when I heard that Jet Li is working on the new action film. I'm a BIG fan, and enjoyed most of his movies both US and HK. And then I learned that Mark Dacascos was cast to play a Main Bad guy !!! It means thar Jet will fight Mark, someting that was my dream !!! and now becoming a REALITY !!! Even presence of DMX cant spoil it for me

Expect some awesome action to hit the big screen next spring.

When his daughter is kidnapped and held in exchange for priceless diamonds, the leader of a crew of highly skilled urban thieves (DMX) forges an unlikely alliance with a Taiwanese Intelligence officer (Jet Li) to rescue her. Their race against the clock to find the precious stones ultimately unravels a plot to distribute a deadly new weapon of war.

Yeah looks good. Jet-Li and DMX again together on the Big screen. Maybe DMX will have some fight scenes? he did in Exit Wounds...

Could this possibly turn out to be one of the best U.S. action films? Maybe. Mark is amazing. Didn't realize how good he was until I finally saw one of his films--Drive. It's kind of tough to track his films down on DVD...

Anyway, I'm very excited about this film...U.S. needs some serious action films...

I kinda like DMX as an actor. I would rather him not have a large role, since his acting isnt fantastic. Much rather him have a bit part.

DMX was pretty good in Belly... but i haven't seen Exit Wounds (and i don't plan on it)

Well, Exit Wounds was pretty good Action movie - Action wise. Dont pay attention to acting, or story, just enjoy fights, gunfights and car chases. Both Seagal and DMX did pretty good in their action scenes. And it was very fun see Michael Jay White fight Seagal in a sword fight. Awesome car chase as well.

Dont brush this movie off, give it a chance, and enjoy the action.

Sweet! Mark Dacascos rocks! I saw him in China Strike Force and he was a pretty good actor on top of a kickass villain. He was great in Brotherhood of the Wolf too!

SearchMan, you really need to see Drive. Dacascos is amazing in it, and there are some great fighting done. Also he is great in Crying Freeman, which unfortunately been released EVERYWHERE in the WORLD, but HERE . Awesome action/drama adaptation of Manga.

And yes, it was fun to see him in China Strike Force, he was best thing about that movie, otherwise it pretty much sucked. Too bad it was Coolio fight on the balancing glass and not Mark. He would be much better in that sequence.

My favorite Jet Li film (released on the u.s big screen) is probably The One.

I wonder if Corey Yen does fight choreography for this fill. Hes done all other US Jet films, plus worked on previous Silver productions, so I'm sure he's on board on this project as well.
