Thread: Dreamcast import list of stuff I need to buy

  1. Cosmic Smash is not only one of Sega's best games, it's one of my top five personal Dreamcast games.

It's a shame that it never came to the States.

    Satoshi Kon: 1963-2010

  2. " I guess maybe I should say, "It's not hard enough" rather than saying it's too easy."

Unless you're hitting the second loop on one credit that's not accurate at all. I think Mode7 hit it on the head- it starts out deceptively slow and easy...the difficulty ramps up to par a couple levels in.

Oh yeah, play for score sissies
Dude, it's not that the people who think Zero Gunner is easy just aren't familiar with shooters. Compared to alot of games in the genre is IS easy. On the normal setting (4 or 5 or whatever) I can get to the last boss, and on anything less I can complete the game on a cred. It's not that tough unless you crank it all the way up and even then, its no Mars Matrix, gigawing, or Ikaruga.

  4. Ok then, let me rephrase that once more. "Compared to other games in the genre it is easy." Is that better? It's not that the game in itself is "easy" like Elmo's Number Journey. Compared to all of the other shooters I've played, I've had an infinitely easier time progressing in Zero Gunner 2. I'm no expert though, so I'm not going to say that you are wrong. All I know is that I found it to be "easy" compared to others in the genre. Maybe "easy" for you is different than what I consider easy. Easy for me isn't getting through a game with my eyes closed, easy is where I can progress through a game with little to no problems.
