just happen to live near a Plaza Capcom so they would have these \"Secret Files\" available for free when a new arcade game was released (this only went for most of games between 1995 (19XX) and 1999 (Strider Hiryu 2) They\'re just small mini-mags with conceptual art, some of the extra stuff like I\'ve posted, staff interviews and even mini-comics based on the games (I\'ll make a thread with the mini-comics, some of them are really funny).
