Gundam Federation vs. Zeon for PS2

How many mechs can you play as? I've heard you could play as a guntank. Any outerspace missions? How about cutscenes and voice acting? Is there a japanese voice option? I just got through watching the movies, and I can't wait to get going (should have the game Thursday).

The booklet shows 19 mechs, including the guntank, yup it does have outerspace missions, and also has voice acting/cut scenes. No japanese voice option from what I've played though.

Just played it yesterday.

The Biggest American Gundam Fan™ picked it up, and I gave it a go.

Basically, the game is exactly the same as the DC version. A decent amount of textures don't look as good, but it's close enough for me to not care.

...And the versus mode is horrid, visually. It looks terrible. But, at least it's there.

Finally, the campaign mode is nice.

...If I wanted the game, I'd get the PS2 version over the DC version.

I've had this game for a few days and I think its great. It looks very good for a DC game, the MS models look really cool running around. I'm about halfway through the Federation campaign. What I like most about Campaign mode is how long it is, you feel like your in a mass scale war (with some scenarios out of the show!). I'd give this a 8, its a must buy for UC Gundam fans.

Ah you got the DC version Green? The PS2 I think got some added stuff I THINK but if they're the same then cool. Its a great game and also a very long one. Very diverse missions and great graphics. I'd give it a 8.5/10

No, PS2 version. For all I know little was enhanced.
