Sorry. Capcom vs. SNK 2 still sucks.
A) Voice rocks. Talking smack is made for fighting games.
B) The haters have no clue (sorry guys)

Capcom USA's favorite thing in the world is to take out the online play
look at all the dc games that had it *sigh*
I don't blame Capcom for not wanting to pay for servers for games that sell so bad here. Neither should you. MS, I believe, is happy to serve all games on XBL to increase the XBL library, even niche stuff like 2D fighters.
i could be completely wrong but i always though the dc online fighting games were direct connect in japan. can anyone clarify that? either way, if they weren't they can be. then, capcom doesn't have to pay a penny for servers. sure that wouldn't be as cool as playing off servers and having rankings and shit, but they wouldn't have to pay any money to serve itOriginally posted by EThugg

Dear capcom...
To the news I have heard reguarding the re-release of capcom vs snk with online play, I can't say I haven't been overjoyed enough. This is finally the type of game we have always wanted ever since you were giving japanise players the privilage of playing over the net while we have taken the whole dreamcast era with ziltch to go on. In this rather fruitful turn of events, we're hoping that you'll be interested in a re-release of those other titles as well as including collection disks that contain entire fighting series, including Streetfighter3 powerstone and the other marvel-biased franchises. Seeing these would without a doubt turn a great deal of profit and at the same time, finally give us the titles we have long since been begging for you to bring stateside, while preserving the arcade atmosphere considerably. Hopefully, you will make these dreams happen so we will have something to thank you for in the long run. May we wish you best of luck in hoping you support us!
P.S. Spawn and heavy metal were great arcade additions, but they ended up being butchered because seganet wasn't added with the program. We would like to have you make up for this so we can finally enjoy them the way they were meant to be enjoyed. Also we're interested in playing vampire chronicals online since it was sold from D-direct in limited quantities

don't wanna tangle with you, I'd rather tangle with him.
I think I'm gonna bash his head in...
Well, X-Box always does have that extra little selling feature in their games... they very possibly could keep XBOX LIVE in when/if it comes out here.
Too bad the game suffers from crouching fierce tiger uppercut syndrome.
I wonder if they'll fix the roll cancelling glitch in this version.

which means capcom didnt have to pay for any servers and wouldnt have had to pay for any servers if they brought it here
capcom usa is just a bunch of asses
I'd rather it be another game.
And I'd rather it be on another console.
And I'm gonna nead some type of Saturn/Ascii FT pad type solution.
But it's still pretty cool news.
