You played Fatal Frame, X? That game scares me ten times more than RE or Silent Hill.

In fact, it got to the point I had to stop playing late at night. Ghosts give me major creeps....great game though.

Shenmue's a mood thing for me, I guess...it's perfect to chill out with, but not late at night or it's ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Haha... glad I'm not the only one who feels that way. The atmospheric music is WAY too soothing...

I haven't tried Fatal Frame yet... and from the way RE scares me, this will probably make me afraid to turn off the lights. BTW, Silent Hill is currently the scariest game I have ever played...

You need to try Fatal Frame SearchMan. As Bio said, that game is scary. Not cheap, something jump at you RE style scary. FF got very creepy atmosphere of unease, and more closer to Silent Hill, but might be even scarrier than original SH.

I really liked the Fatal Frame demo. The atmosphere was spooky as hell.

As for the mass of games I need to get this year, this whole being out of a job and owing money thing is really starting to pick my ass.

The only game I have bought fairly recently is Super Mario Sunshine and even that I have gone over a week without playing and I haven't beaten it yet. It's a great game in many ways but there's definitely some Mario magic missing.

Hopefully by the end of the year I will have at least have GTA: Vice City, Shinobi, Metroid Fusion, Animal Crossing, Castlevania HoD and catch up with the Xbox stuff I'm behind on.

Look, I said it was a must-buy game FOR ME. I want it because I think it's a good game and worthy purchase. Or wasn't that implied by the nature of this very fucking thread??? I am well aware of the hate Tekken gets at this forum, and I don't see any reason to bash it off-handedly. Point is, Tekken 4 is keeping from getting SFA right away, and that's what the thread was asking.

Hey, I will also speak in Tekken 4 defence. It so easy to call game crap if you dont like it. Same way I can say that Animal Crossing look pointless and boring, and who in the right state of mind, would want to actually pay money to own it. But I dont, because even though that game doesnt interest me, lost of people are enjoying it. So let Tekken fans enjoy Tekken game, without pointless bashing

Alright, well Fatal Frame is gonna be another PS2 game to try out when I get my PS2 back from home... I'll probably rent it first, no point in buying a game that will scare me from playing it ever again.
