I always wished that Rare would update Battletoads on N64, but do they even own the rights anymore? Or is it Tradewest? Where are those guys anyway?

Regardless, I sadly have never beaten the original. The SNES semi-sequel I did beat countless times though, great stuff. I was thinking it'd be nice to see an XBox revival, but again, I wonder who owns the license.

I think the majority of Battletoads games were sold to ignorant parents who though they were buying a TMNT game.

the last I heard it was Tradewest that owned the rights and that was why we never saw another one from Rare. I don't know what has happened since then. I remember someone stating some info on what happened in one of the MS buying Rare threads. If you feel like searching you might find the answer.

I was at Rare's site about 3 weeks ago and they had a list of all the games Rare made. Now you go to the site and you can see the first game coming out for the X-Box, from Rare. It's called Kameo. Check it out! www.rareware.com
