Quake 4

Q4 to have vehicles? Is every FPS from now on going to play like Tribes or Halo?

Hmmm...I'd prefer Raven not take Quake 4 into this direction.

Damn it, I thought it was going back to single player. I guess they might be set on beating epic and Unreal Tournament. Don't see why they don't just separate the multi and single player games. Oh well.

The Quake series has sucked since, well, Quake. Hopefully Raven will turn things around, but from the looks of it...

Well Quake 4 is being based off of the Quake 2 storyline, and since it's a giant war of humans versus the Stroggos, vehicles would make sense(Hopefully tanks and not dune buggys). Still, something about that doesn't sit right.

Quake is my favorite FPS of all time. Quake 2 was good, but I was disapointed with Quake III as its not "my thing".

Well Quake 4 is being based off of the Quake 2 storyline, and since it's a giant war of humans versus the Stroggos, vehicles would make sense(Hopefully tanks and not dune buggys).

It is? Hmm, interesting... I never really cared for Quake 2 though. I liked the idea of Quake 1, where it was basically pure gameplay. No story, no sense, just excellent monsters, weapons, levels and balance. 100% bliss.

I preferred Quake 2; the killing was faster and more explosive and I liked the gibs a lot more. I also thought the levels were setup better and I liked the semi-goals and the way everything was interconnected.

And the opening movie rocked. The way they did the voices conveyed the feel perfectly, it gets me pumped every time I see it. So good, and so few who acknowledge it.
