Fantasy Zone! WOOHOO!
I *hope* that "re-develop" means that instead of merely porting the SMS and MD Fantasy Zones directly through emulators, they will code them from scratch with upgraded graphics (think Mario All-Stars) or else enhance them (think Namco Museum PS2). Dreaming...

I seriously doubt they are going to release the SMS version of FZ. I think IGN are just idiots and didn't know it was an arcade game first
And said Arcade game (and its saturn port) is the best version of Fantasy Zone, no matter what lies NGEFreek wants to propogate
Oh yeah, GameZector, those "enhanced" games on the PS2 Namco Museum are ports of actual arcade games. They weren't made specifically for the collection.
Super Fantasy Zone reigns supreme! Although the Vocal intro song I've heard about in the saturn FZ is quite tempting. And said Arcade game (and its saturn port) is the best version of Fantasy Zone, no matter what lies NGEFreek wants to propogate![]()
No no, read my sig again N E W game or a compilation of all the fantasy zone\'s not just one like IGN is making it out to be.Im confused, are you joking or what?
As long as THQ stays far away from these "remakes", then you guys shouldn't worry too much... ::shudders at thought of Altered Beast::

If it does turn out to be just compilations of Fantasy Zone games, I'd be more than interested if they had the gall to include Space Fantasy Zone. Though, I kinda doubt that, considering Sega's lack of motivation to include Sonic CD in any of their Sonic collections.
Oh, why am I even bothering thinking about this. If it's D3 publishing, it'll probably be just a set of quicky ports to sell for 1500y.
Space Fantasy Zone looks, interesting, and the addition of that chick in the item shop was nice, I wish I had nabbed the 'homebrew' version when the website was still up.
Seeing as Sega didn't make Super Fantasy Zone or Space Fantasy Zone, I really doubt they'll be included.
Before we get out hopes up, remember it's 1500Yen. A quality port of the original arcade game is worth that easily.
Granted it is a port of the arcade original, then yes its easily worth ¥1500.
