Has this been backed up by anyone other than magicbox? I'm inclined to think this is just a mistranslation of what it said on Treasure's site about the retail sale being a limited supply or something.
Anyway, I don't think this will affect preorders at major sites. Treasure is a business and if someone wants to buy $250,000 worth of product from them, as NCSX does, I doubt Treasure will turn them away, especially when they aren't expected to sell that much in their home country to begin with.
