I know GameFAQs polls aren't the best gauge for, well, anything. But I did notice their poll up today titled "Which scheduled Japanese September release are you most looking forward to?". Right now, Ikaruga stands with 5.12% of the votes, being beaten out by Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (PS2, Xbox), Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II (GCN), .hack Vol. 2 (PS2), and Zoids Versus (GCN). Food for thought.Can you divulge the number of pre-orders VGD has received? I'm just curious how heavy a demand Ikaruga actually is. It's getting a lot of attention on various message boards so I'd like to gauge.
Then again, I bet 95% of the people voting in that poll aren't actually planning on importing whatever game they voted for.

Well anyone who went to Japan Video Games today already knows what game was already on the shelves. Me and Lucas scored copies. Great game, quite hard, and no real load times either it seems. And yes the Utopia boot disc will boot the game just fine.
Edit: Oh btw, the ugly cover is egit. Perhaps the GC version will be better...
