I was talking to a gent from one of the web order import stores. He said Ikaruga's PREORDERS surpassed their best selling imports ever by SEVEN TIMES over. So I can only imagine what VGD and NCS are dealing with O_o .

Impressive, and through this all I still wonder if Treasure planned a DC port or they caved to the fans (props to Johnk's petition). In ethier case I think things turned out damn good.

Anyone looking for impressions may want to tread GameFAQ waters. Seems honest enough. (Though, sadly, the theory proves itself once again). Oh hey, if you look through the topics here, you can find someone calling himself "ECM" that states tate is derived from rotate.

As far as the sales go, one thing that I'm looking forward to as the result of all this "madness" is to see what actual impact the import market has on Japanese sales, if any.
