I cant find a developer name,asuming there are good and bad VGAs?

well, i've order quite a lot from ncs, and it seems that they usually ship my stuff after 530pm eastern (through ups). my copy of ikaruga still hasn't shipped, but there's still hope.)

as far as i know, the quality of the vga adapter actually doesn\'t have much of an effect on the image. more expensive adapters usually add features, like a monitor pass-through.

edit: i'm referring specifically to dreamcast vga adapters, mind you.
