I personally can't stand the d-pad for shooters, I play mars matrix using the analog and my scores are pretty competent (as can be seen on the hi-score board)

I've played about 10 seconds so far and I'm more than a little impressed. My 27 inch monitor is a pain in the ass to flip especially with no outer casing, but the result is more than worth it. Can't talk. Must play...

You unlock one aditional credit for every hour of gameplay.

Something else must contribute to the credit count, since I'm at just over 4 hours with 7 credits.

when the game clock is at zero, you have 4 credits (1 credit to start + 3 continues). it seems as though they give you a bonus credit for every hour. i'm just over two hours with 5 continues.
