That was me and it wasn't from his site, it was from a graphic novel he did called Hassan=Kan no [Kanji I don't know]. You can find it here:

Did the dreamcast version have any sort of feature that gave you a code to input on web-based scoreboard? I don't remember ever seeing one. Either way, it seems the gamecube version will have this.
