I would have preferad a strategy guide with artwork instead if the DVD just contains replays, and why so damn late? Would have been great if they had decided to bundle it with the DC version.

Time will tell, as always. I would expect some importers to get the DVD in... But I don't know about NCS and the others... I would expect someone like Himeya [shop.himeya.com] to get them, however.
