Who is the character in my avatar?

I'm wondering who/where the character in my avatar is from. I just loved how bad ass he looked but I want some new art of him. So if anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

isn't he the big dude from last blade 2? i'm not sure.

Looks like he's either from Last BLade 2 or Samurai Shodown 4.

His name is Naoe Shigen In the first game I think that he is trying to find his daughter in Last Blade, and in the beginning of the next game he has found her already.

He is obviously a power type charecter and I think he has a special bead necklace that turns his fist into iron. Nice and convinient when going up against a game full of swordsmen.
