I like Tabasco and I like Louisiana Hot sauce, Tapatio too. In fact, I've had to relay on Tapatio whenever I have company, because my dad is a strict anti-vinegarist.

On topic of that Datil sauce, it is utterly awesome dumped into a bowl of New England Clam Chowder. Both liquids are improved mightily through this transaction.

I will sometimes put cheese on some tortilla, melt it, add sour cream and hot sauce and call that a meal.

Throw another tortilla on top of that, and a restaurant will charge seven bucks and call it a "kay sah dee ahh".
