Moo. Get along, little doggie! Comments:
Hey, cows are people, too!  Well, not really, but in Tropico, they do hold political views and have personal statistics.
Sure, the bovine demographic on Tropico might not weigh heavy on your mind and they'll never revolt and throw rocks at the palace gates, but you can always rest assured that even the cattle on your island have an opinion.
More importantly, the other citizens of Tropico rely on the cattle as an important source of food. Find a pasture well-suited to raising cattle, build a ranch, and feed your people. Or better yet, also build a food processing plant: not only feed your people better, but export the canned food for income.

Today, cudd-chewer. Tomorrow, Tropican Senate!
The current political views of Queenie, Tropican Bovine.

Hmmm... fairly new at this cow thing, I see.
While Queenie is of above average intelligence (for a cow), she lacks the ambition needed to take her very far.

Calf

Mini-Moo. Mini-Moo.Comments:
Tropican citizens are born into this world and crops grow from seeds, so it only makes sense that your cattle don't come to you as full-grown steak machines.
The cattle in your pastures will have calves over time.  Given enough time, the calves grow into mature, market-ready cows.  Until then, these cute little bovine will romp throw the fields trying their best to look adorable!
