Shacks, crowded cities,
pollution, spicy native cooking... it's only natural that your
people will need to visit a doctor from time to time..There are lots
of good sides to investing in a good health care system:
happier citizens, longer life spans, higher respect for the
current leader... But then there are the downsides: the
expense of keeping the system running, the increase in size of
the educated class (doctors are college educated), and the
tricky job of keeping the educated doctors on your island.
