Education: High School
Buildings Worked: Lumber Mill, Cannery, Cigar Factory, Jewelry Factory, Rum Distillery
Gender: Male and Female
Comments:
A cut above your average working joe, factory workers
have to be skilled enough to operate fine machinery and
perform other more skilled tasks. For this reason, the
Tropican factories only except the cream of the
High-School-educated crop. So rest well knowing that
your rum and cigars were made by a smart bunch.
However,
if you are El Presidenté, then you also have to worry about
them as a political force and a flight risk. With their HS
education, they have less reason to stay on Tropico than your
farmers and miners.

Comments:
Fine Tropican rum, cigars, jewelry, processed food, refined
lumber... factory workers are responsible for the production
of a lot of the exports available to the Tropican economy.
As any good
dictator knows, you'll need plenty of healthy, skilled workers to
keep the factories running strong. You can either please them
or control them; just don't think you can ignore them. |
