She may not have much cash, but hey, she does have... um...
okay, all she has is a little cash and bad taste. It's better
to have low-class tourists than nothing, but surely you'd rather
have high-class tourists, right? So do your best to keep this
tourist and her unfashionable husband at home, instead catering to
the tourists with the loads of cash. But don't get me
wrong, these low-class tourists are easier to please, allowing lower
standards for your tourist traps. And hey, you need someone to
buy all of those, "I 
El Presidenté"
coffee mugs you ordered!
Sadly, she didn't buy a mug while at the souvenir shop...

you rule a small island. You'll never export high-tech scooters or
raise enough goats to corner the world market. But you'll always
have one major form of income - tourism! Tourists come in
two flavors, high-class socialites in search of culture, and, um...
low-class bums in search of plastic palmtrees and photos of
themselves standing next to "The World's Largest Banana." These
brightly colored visitors like their native beaches, casinos and
"Tropico- Where Life's a Beach" t-shirts. Of course, you're
more than willing to provide them with places that seperate them
from their "yanqui dollars."
